  • Engineer Rushdi Al -Sayed Omar, head of the drinking water and sanitation company in Menoufia, directed to raise the state of emergency in all branches of the company to face the potential wave of torrential rains and rain and emphasize the readiness of the sewage networks and stations and the continued concentration of suction cars in places that are exposed to water accumulations so as not to affect the regularity of traffic.
  • He explained, a comprehensive, proactive plan to cleanse the sewage networks and sewage loads has been developed to receive rain water, as well as lifting the turbine from them to prevent rain water gathering in the streets and squares and not to hinder traffic to citizens and to avoid obstructing the movement of cars.
  • The heads of the branches called for the necessity of the field presence and the maximum preparedness in anticipation of the confrontation of the potential rains, noting the provision of ready equipment for water suction and the purification of all areas at the governorate level to prepare to face the rainy season in full coordination with the provincial operations room and the relevant authorities.
