Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, followed up on the rainwater collection works in Sirs El-Layyan City and ordered the formation of an emergency room to follow up on all complaints received on the 125 hotline, 24 hours a day, to resolve them immediately, especially problems related to flooding in the streets or water quality.
He stressed the need to ensure regular operation at all stations and networks, maintain maximum readiness to address any problems that may arise in the networks and stations, and ensure full coordination with the responsible authorities.
The company's chairman is following up on the latest developments with the company's emergency room around the clock to assess the current situation in the city. The company urges citizens of Sirs al-Layyan to rationalize their water use during this period of water shortages affecting the governorate to ease pressure on sewage networks.
