Menoufia Water: Renewal of ISO 21001:2018 certificates for the third consecutive year and ISO 9001/2015 certificate for the fifth consecutive year for the General Administration of Training without any non-conformities.
Eng. Rushdi El Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, announced that the General Administration of Training in the Human Resources Sector of the company has obtained the renewal of the ISO (9001/2015) certification for the fifth consecutive year and the renewal of the ISO (21001:2018) certification for the third consecutive year. This came after Dr. Basem Nabil, an external auditor from the awarding body, TUV NORD, conducted the external audit of the General Administration of Training without any non-conformities.
He pointed to the directives of Engineer Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, regarding the importance of capacity building and enhancing the efficiency of company employees through a training plan that addresses technical and administrative needs and various specializations. The company chairman emphasized the importance of the certification for the General Administration of Training and the importance of compliance with international quality specifications and standards. He thanked the employees of the Quality and Integrity Support Department at the Holding Company and the General Administration of Training team at the Menoufia Company.
The company's chairman explained that the company places great importance on enhancing the efficiency of all employees by offering specialized training programs through the training center, which applies international quality standards in training. He emphasized the importance of keeping pace with global developments and advancements in modern work systems in the drinking water and wastewater sectors. The auditor for the quality systems in place thanked all employees of the General Training Department for their efforts, which are reflected in the efficiency of the administrative process within the department and the quality of training services provided to company employees and external clients.
