Menoufia Water announces a network flushing plan for November 2025.
Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, announced a plan to flush the water networks in all areas of the governorate during November 2025, according to the schedule for the periodic flushing of the networks.
The Chairman explained that there is full coordination between the company's branches and the heads of local units, each within their respective jurisdictions, to ensure adherence to the specified timetable and scheduled dates for the flushing and disinfection work, as well as immediate response to any emergencies to protect public health.
The company urges citizens to secure their water needs and refrain from using it during the flushing period, even if water is available in the network. The company also notes that if any sediment or turbidity appears in the water after the flushing process, the water should be run for a short time to remove these residues.
The company also announces that in case of any complaints regarding water quality, citizens can contact the hotline 125 from any landline or via WhatsApp at 01220906668. This comes in implementation of the directives of Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon, Governor of Menoufia, to continue the necessary periodic maintenance work according to the plan set for washing the water networks in various areas of the governorate to ensure the quality of water provided to citizens.
