  • The Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company signed a cooperation protocol with Menoufia University (Faculty of Commerce) to provide the opportunity to obtain academic degrees, professional postgraduate diplomas, a professional Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a professional Doctor of Business Administration (DBM), within the framework of fruitful and constructive cooperation between the university and the company, and within the framework of supporting the capabilities of employees and raising their efficiency through fruitful education, and based on the university’s supportive role in developing performance and community participation.
  • Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Menoufia, explained that the protocol aims to establish a suitable general framework through which cooperation between the two parties can be coordinated to help achieve their goals in light of a joint work plan in the fields of scientific research that have been agreed upon, in order to achieve the desired goals efficiently and effectively within the framework of promoting development and scientific research.
  • For his part, Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar stated, “We are proud of the partnership with Menoufia University and look forward, through this cooperation, to developing joint work mechanisms and investing the results of scientific research in improving the performance of the water and sanitation sector, in a way that serves citizens and improves the quality of services provided in Menoufia Governorate.”
  • The protocol stipulates that the college shall grant a 15% discount on tuition fees for any number less than 20 students, a 20% discount for 20 students, and a 25% discount for numbers that reach 25 students or more. The protocol extends for a period of three years that is renewable, in order to provide an opportunity to implement the academic programs and professional degrees in cooperation that the college implements.
  • The protocol was signed by Professor Dr. Mohamed Ali Wahdan, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, and Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, in the presence of a group of leaders from the university and the company, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Abdel-Magid, coordinator on behalf of the Faculty of Commerce, and Engineer Mohamed Abdullah, coordinator on behalf of the Menoufia Drinking Water Company.
