"Menoufia Water" makes intensive preparations to provide drinking water service during the holy month of Ramadan.
Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, held a meeting this morning at the company headquarters with sector heads, general managers, and branch managers to discuss the company's preparations during the holy month of Ramadan.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company confirmed raising the level of preparedness and emergency in all branches of the company, taking into account peak times to cope with high consumption rates, and reviewing hot spots and temporary and urgent solutions.
He stressed the importance of adhering to periodic maintenance plans for all drinking water and sewage stations, disinfecting all water lines and sewage networks, following up on the disinfection plans implemented by the company within the governorate, and equipping the stations with generators to address any problems related to increased water consumption during the holy month, while ensuring that water is not interrupted except during network disinfection times.
He explained that there is continuous coordination between all departments and sectors of the company to ensure the continuity of work around the clock in all work sites to ensure the continued provision of distinguished service to its customers, as well as the company’s plan for periodic and continuous monitoring of all work sites and stations to perform their various tasks, and to provide continuous and distinguished service to citizens.
