The head of the Menoufia Water Company meets with employees in the revenue and collection system.
Today, Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, met with the revenue and collection managers of the company's branches, in the presence of the Head of the Commercial Sector, Accountant Adel Abdullah El-Meligy, and the General Manager of Revenue and Collection, Accountant Osama Bilal Abdel-Fattah.
He issued instructions emphasizing the need for full coordination between the Operations and Maintenance Sector and the Commercial Sector in identifying illegal connections and monitoring encroachments on the network to increase the company's outstanding revenue collection.
He directed that collection rates be boosted, the performance of collectors improved, and they be motivated to exert more effort to increase collection rates and maintain constant communication with the Revenue Director to overcome all obstacles.
He discussed mechanisms for improving the level of service provided to citizens, emphasizing the importance of accurate meter readings, working to increase collection rates, treating customers well, and addressing any complaints promptly and efficiently within 24 hours to ensure the continued provision of excellent services to citizens. He stressed the necessity for each individual to perform their duties to the fullest extent, affirming that our primary goal is the citizen and working to provide better services.
