The head of the Menoufia Water Company honors the commercial sector team for obtaining the renewal of the ISO 9001-2015 certificate.
Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar Suleiman, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, honored the team from the General Directorate of Revenue and Collection and the General Directorate of Subscriptions and Meters, both within the Commercial Sector, for renewing their ISO 9001-2015 certification for the quality of services provided to citizens throughout the governorate, in accordance with international quality standards.
He stated that obtaining this certification is a success for the company, whose priorities include maintaining the quality of the product provided to customers and excelling in service performance and procedures to achieve customer satisfaction, in line with the directives of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation.
He pointed out that the General Directorate of Revenue and Collection succeeded in improving the quality of the meter reading and collection system, maintaining credibility between the company and its customers, and ensuring accurate billing for consumption according to the tariffs approved by the Cabinet, which ultimately aim to satisfy the customer.
He added that the General Directorate of Subscriptions and Meters strives to maintain, repair, and calibrate meters at subscribers' homes to facilitate and simplify the process for them, ensuring accurate billing based on actual consumption and providing the best prepaid recharge service. This is achieved through the continuous opening of service centers across all branches.
He emphasized that the company is working to prepare all its sectors to implement a quality management system and obtain quality accreditation in their respective fields. He stated that the primary goal of developing the company's work system is to provide distinguished services to all its customers.
The ceremony was attended by Accountant Adel Abdullah Al-Maliji, Head of the Commercial Sector; Accountant Osama Bilal Abdel-Fattah, General Manager of Revenues and Collection; Accountant Saad Mohamed Saad, General Manager of Subscriptions and Meters; and Accountant Haitham Mahmoud Sorour, Director of Customer Accounts.
