  • Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, held an extensive meeting with the heads of the company's Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Support sectors, as well as the heads of the major water treatment plants in the company's branches. The meeting emphasized the necessity of adhering to operational and maintenance protocols and ensuring the availability of spare parts for the plants to meet the demands of the summer season, thus preventing water outages for citizens while maintaining the highest standards of quality and technical efficiency. The Chairman issued direct instructions to prioritize the maintenance of water treatment plants and enhance their operational efficiency. He specifically stressed the importance of monitoring and ensuring that drinking water production fully complies with the required environmental standards and quality requirements, thereby safeguarding public health.
  • The company president discussed with the heads of the nominated stations the corrective measures that were taken based on a number of tours that took place at various stations in the governorate, directing the need for strict follow-up to implement these measures on the ground and to ensure the optimal operation of each station, stressing that the goal of this periodic monitoring is the sustainable development of the system and to avoid any technical observations as soon as they appear and to provide the requirements and needs of the stations.
