Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, inspected the company's branch in El-Shohada to monitor workflow, as part of his field visits to oversee operations at the company's branches and ensure the quality of services provided to citizens.
He emphasized the necessity of conducting regular maintenance on the station according to the established schedule, specifically for equipment maintenance, to maintain its operational readiness and ensure continuous monitoring of operations and the overall appearance of the stations. This is all aimed at preserving the station's efficiency and improving the quality of service provided to citizens.
He urged all employees to treat citizens with respect, provide them with prompt service, and streamline all necessary procedures to gain customer trust and satisfaction. He also emphasized the importance of receiving and immediately addressing complaints and reports, thus contributing to the realization of the state's future vision.
