Menoufia Water: A study of solutions and proposals to improve drinking water services in the governorate's villages.
Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar met with a number of residents from Manshaat Bakhati village, affiliated with Shibin El-Kom district, to discuss and review solutions and proposals for improving drinking water services in the village. This meeting reflects the company's commitment to direct communication with citizens and responding to their needs.
The company president listened to the residents' demands and discussed the most significant challenges related to water service. He also reviewed several technical solutions and proposals that would contribute to improving service levels and ensuring that water reaches residents in appropriate quantities and at suitable pressures.
He stressed that the company pays great attention to quickly dealing with citizens’ complaints and working to find practical and sustainable solutions, emphasizing the continuation of field follow-up and coordination between the concerned sectors to provide the best services to citizens, within the framework of the company’s plan to improve drinking water and sanitation services in various centers and villages of the governorate.
