Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, conducted a surprise inspection of the Shebin El-Kom El-Bahari Water Treatment Plant to monitor workflow and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the plant.
He reviewed the various stages of operation, verified adherence to occupational safety and health procedures, examined the quality of the produced water and its compliance with standard specifications, and reviewed the routine maintenance procedures for the equipment.
He stressed the necessity of full adherence to standard operating plans and swift action in addressing any issues or emergencies, ensuring the continued provision of services to citizens with the required efficiency and quality.
This comes within the framework of directives from Major General Amr El-Gharib, Governor of Menoufia, and Engineer Mustafa El-Shimi, Acting Chairman of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, emphasizing the need for continuous field monitoring of all stations and maintaining a constant state of readiness to guarantee the provision of drinking water services with the required efficiency.
