  • Dr. Engineer Mohamed Naguib Saleh, President of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Menoufia, honored the work team of the General Administration of Revenue and Collection and the General Administration of Subscriptions and Meters affiliated with the commercial sector for obtaining the ISO 9001-2015 certificate in the quality of services provided to citizens at the governorate level in accordance with international quality standards.
  • He stated that the General Administration of Revenue and Collection and the General Administration of Subscriptions and Meters obtaining this certificate is a success for the company, whose priorities include maintaining the quality of the product provided to customers, excellence in service performance and the procedures followed to achieve the satisfaction of citizens, within the framework of the directives of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater.
  • He pointed out that the General Administration of Revenue and Collections succeeded in improving the quality of the reading system in order to maintain credibility between the company and customers and the actual accounting of consumption according to the slides approved by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, which would satisfy the customer in the first place.
  • He added, the General Administration of Subscriptions and Meters seeks to maintain, repair and calibrate meters in subscribers’ homes to make it easier and easier for them, and to actually account for consumption and estimate the best service for prepaid charging by opening centers at the branch level on an ongoing basis.
  • He stressed that the company seeks to prepare all its sectors to introduce the quality system and prepare them to obtain quality accreditation in each of their specializations, and that the primary goal of developing the company’s work system is to provide distinguished services to all of the company’s clients.
