Menoufia Water Company launches a leadership preparation program for the administrative career path for leaders “Department Director - General Manager” to develop competencies.
As part of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater’s plan to qualify and develop senior leadership in its subsidiaries, and under the direct supervision of the Holding Company, the training program “Leadership Preparation Program” for the administrative career path for leaders “Department Manager - General Manager” was launched at the Training Center of the Drinking Water and Wastewater Company in Menoufia.
Engineer Rushdi El-Sayed Omar, Chairman of the Menoufia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, explained that the program aims to develop participants' administrative and leadership skills and enhance their ability to achieve the strategic objectives of their subsidiaries through a series of interactive training activities that help enhance professional performance and meet the challenges of daily work more efficiently.
He explained that the program reflects the strategic direction toward building administrative cadres capable of leading institutional work across various service locations, noting that the training focuses on enabling participants to acquire the skills necessary to deliver outstanding services and achieve institutional sustainability.
It's worth noting that the program is part of a comprehensive plan to implement career paths in their administrative and training contexts.
