He explained that measuring the return on investment in training is one of the most important tools the company relies on to assess the actual benefit of training programs and their direct impact on employee performance and professional conduct. Training is no longer a mere routine activity, but has become a genuine investment that contributes to improved performance and productivity, and to achieving a safer and more efficient work environment.
  • Engineer Mohammed Abdullah, Director General of Training, stated that among the most prominent indicators of the success of the training programs are improved employee efficiency and performance levels, faster response times to risks and emergencies, reduced accidents and injuries at work, the dissemination of a culture of occupational safety and health, and enhanced adherence to sound operational procedures. He added that practical firefighting training helped familiarize employees with different types of fires and the proper use of extinguishers, enabling them to act quickly and correctly during the critical first minutes, minimizing damage and protecting lives and property. He explained that, regarding chlorine leak response, the training programs contributed to raising employee awareness of how to quickly detect leaks, use personal protective equipment, implement evacuation plans, and control the situation to minimize losses and ensure employee safety. In the area of ​​confined space work, the focus was on raising awareness of the dangers of oxygen deprivation and toxic gases, emphasizing safe entry procedures and rescue plans, thereby increasing employee preparedness and reducing the occurrence of accidents.
